The MARK J. KUSSMAN & ASSOCIATES team was established with one purpose: to provide senior-level, retainer fee executive search services to the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Device and Diagnostic industries. The team is comprised of partners who together, provide more than 60 years of extensive experience and industry knowledge, as well as a network of industry contacts to help identify candidates for each search. We are committed to successful completion of every assignment based on thorough knowledge of our clients' needs and each candidate's capabilities, style, and interests ; maintenance of an efficient and quality-assured process ; and full disclosure of all information needed by both clients and candidates to reach the right long-term placement decisions.- Conducting all of the work of a search from initial client surveys and industry research, through personal contacts with sources and prospective candidates, on to reference checks and negotiation for a successful placement-with one professional. We do not leverage through independent contractors or lower level back room calling personnel.- Investing significantly in leading edge information technology in order to maintain the highest professional environment and carry out searches comprehensively and quickly.- Limiting the length of our client list in order to increase our knowledge of each situation and to allow us to recruit from the maximum number of non-client firms.- Adopting strict standards for our practice: We believe in and encourage our professional peers to live every day by the Association of Executive Search Consultants Code of Ethics and the Professional Practice Guidelines.
