Joe became a certified personal trainer in 2000 and since then has helped hundreds of people get into the best shape of their lives. His strait forward approach to nutrition and exercise has enabled Joe to coach everyone from professional athletes to grandmothers. Joe is able to combine his education and his experience as an athlete to help people at all levels safely and effectively reach their fitness goals.
