Just closed on my refinance with Quoc and his Team. Managing all the paperwork is always a hassle but he made it relatively painless. What I appreciated most is that he was always available. If I had a question I would just call him. He either comanswered immediately or called me back within a few hours. Very helpful

My wife and I bought a house earlier this year and while shopping around for the best interest rate we were pretty much sticking with the big guys, but after talking to some family and friends who were trying to refinance they strongly advised against it. This initially pointed us away from Quoc, since he was working for one of the bigger banks at the time, but Quoc gave me a courtesy call a few months later, at which time he was with Everbank, and after checking interest rates, average closing time length and other closing incentives we eventually went with Everbank. Throughout the process Quoc's motivated attitude and quick response time to email and phone calls, I actually don't know if I ever had to leave him a message or if I did he called me back within minutes, made the process of buying a house very hassle-free. Quoc was able to close our loan in under 30 days with no issues. Then a few months after moving in to our house, Quoc called me up and informed me about refinancing and lowering our interest rate almost 0.5%. He took care of all the paperwork and made it a pain free switch to the new and improved loan. We have been extremely happy with Quoc and Brieanna and I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I highly recommend Quoc Do and his team at Everbank!!! We went in for a re-fi and didn't know what to expect with how much paper-work, etc we would have to deal with... BUT, it was easy and simple. They took care of most of the work for us and went over and beyond to get us the best deal with us paying almost nothing at closing... I met Quoc in 2011 when he worked for Bank of America and was impressed with his professionalism and reputation in the industry. Since I have gotten to know him and worked with him on a few transactions I can only say that I even even more impressed with him as person. He is extremely knowledgable about the industry and really tries to Wow his clients with the best possible customer service possible. He treats his clients transacation as if they were his own and tries to figure out the best possible deal for everyone of his clients. He is especially adept at navigating through the ever changing guidelines and ticking timebombs in the lending industry and gets his clients loans closed on time. The last point that I would like to make is that he is extremely patient and really takes times to answer all of my questions and really wants to make sure I understand everything, in conclusion, I would highly recommend Quoc as a loan officer and would refer him to all of my family and friends.
