I could not say enough bad things about this business. I brought my Camaro there and they scratched up the rims and lost the plastic caps for the wheels. When I picked up the car they tried to convince my the caps were never there and the rims were already scratched. Keep in my these were brand new rims...
My mother was convinced this place could do no wrong, as my family had been coming here for at least 10 years. She brought in her SL 500 and got it back with the wrong sized tires. When she was driving out of the parking lot the tire ripped the wheel well off of the car. She asked them what happended and the manager assured her nothing was wrong. Frantically she drove over to the Mercedes dealership, further destroying part of the front bumper, where they informed her the tires on her car were not the right size.
She called Big-O-Tires and they would not refund or exchange the tires. They even claimed the Mercedes was wrong!!! Come on, they sold her the car... This business survives by ripping off people who do not know about tires. I cannot believe they sold a pair of tires for over 500 dollars and they were not even the right size....The manager of this place Angelo C. is a liar and a crook.
The best advice I have for anyone considering going here, buy your tires online and have them installed at Tom's Unocal on Diablo. I did this with my girlfriend's G37S. We saved 150 bucks on a pair of tires and no problems!!!
