  ""We always ate at Tarks for many years and we have spent hundreds of dollars there. Imagine this because I still can't understand the mentality of this waitress! We began ordering our favorite whole belly clam dishes to start and requested a teaspoon of relish which is a condiment like the mustard and ketchup that is out. Well I wish I asked for her name aside from the fact that she was the rudest person I have ever met she actually refused to give me the relish. At first I thought she was kidding but she was not; I wonder if the owner knows that she would rather loose a $60.00 LUNCH then to serve me the damn Relish, I felt like we where in a Seinfeld episode and so did the people sitting next to us.. So yes we did leave it was the principal but honestly watching the guy with no gloves cook and cut chicken and fish on the same board with same knife and without cleaning anything including his hands has made me realize that I would rather purchase and fry up my own clams.""\r
