Supercuts

First off why is it everytime i go to ANY supercuts the people working there are never the same ? I went there today I had shoulder length hair I need to cut it very short due to horrible damage caused by hair coloring. I said i wanted it short "boy short" I explained that I havent had my hair short in many many years. I asked if she was good at cutting short styles she said yes

I thought it was ok but it was really lumpy looking

Its still longer than i actually wanted and when i got home i noticed its totally uneven. I wasnt even asked if i wanted it blow dried. She was very nice and i feel bad but i wish i had read the reviews before sitting in the chair. Not a good hair cutter sorry even more sorry for myself. I definitely won't be returning for my next cut. And those long fake nails i dont think are great for hair stylist dont they know they harbor bacteria i wonder what Osha would think about that?

I went in for a simple trim. My hair is EXTREMELY curly and on the longer side, so I was slightly concerned as to how it would turn out. The lady who cut my hair, Elizabeth, was kind and polite towards me from the very beginning. She took a full 50 minutes, ensuring that everything was even. She even took the care to check the ends three times. I was beyond satisfied with the final result, and will be returning when I need my semi annual cut.

Was not impressed with the service or quality. Have been to a few supercuts and always feel rushed. I feel like they don't want to be bothered doing a woman because it takes longer. My husband has gone and was not impressed either.
