Papa Johns Pizza

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

THE MANAGER JORGE WAS AWFULLY RUDE TO BOTH HIS EMPLOYEE'S AND CUSTOMER'S & UNPERFESIONABLE TOO !!!

This was the worst customer service that I have experienced. The manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional to both his customers and employees. I called and was placed on hold each time for more than 10 min. When I was finally to place my order and then go went to purchase my order I was not greeted nor shown respect by the manager Jorge. While I was inside purchasing my order the manager had an employee answer the phone, which she did in the right way. While Horage was cashing me out this young woman/employee asked the manger a simple question for the customer on the phone and tye manger got aggervated and reached infront of her and put them on hold without asking them to hold. As I left I sat in my car for a few minutes and then the manger walked around the counter to talk to some friends and open the door and joked around with then all the while the customer was still on hold. When I arrived home I called and asked for the store number which I was given a long 10-12 digit # but it was not the store #. I then askd for corporates # to file a complaint and the manger Jorge said he didn't have time nor does he know what the number is and then he proceeded to tell me to look it up myself online and the kept trying to argue and I informed him that I will contact corp and he told me to do whatever and than he hunged the phone up.

A couple of things I dislike about this location of Papa Johns. I live about 2 miles away from this location and it's too far for delivery.



I ordered a pizza today 6/2/2012 and went down 15 minutes later to pick it up along with my side orders and EVERYTHING were cold. I was not impressed at all. Additionally, when I walked in the manager was yelling at her employee for taking down an order twice AT the register in the front and their were other employees just behind the counter, talking with other college students on the other side. Very undermanaged establishment. NEVER going there again.
