Luna Grill Dana Point

I called in my order, arrived and waited in line for 10 minutes. When I was in front of the line a man asked if I was picking up a to-go order, and I said yes. He could not get his I-pad app to work. While he was trying to get the I-pad to work, the cashier helped the people who were behind me. The manager asked if I needed help. I told him I needed to pay and the guy could not get the I-pad app to work, so he pointed to a busy cashier and I said she is on the phone. His response was, then we have to roll. He proceeded to help the people behind me. I asked the cashier who was going to help other customers that had arrived while I was trying pay, if she would please check me out. If my food had not been sitting on the counter in front of me, I would have left. I will not return to Luna Grill.
