I have had all the service done on my Chrysler 200 at Haasz for the last several years and have been very happy. Everyone that I have dealt with has been helpful, courteous & professional. Great Job!!

I purchased my used 2015 Ford F-150 from Haasz in Jan 2018, I have to say I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this is the first time I’ve felt like I got a great deal. They also cover all major drive train repairs, (even though they are a Chrysler Dealer), as long as I bring the vehicle to them for scheduled maintenance.

I reached my first 5,000 mile service point, I called the service dept to schedule an appointment late in the day on a Friday to see if I could get a Saturday appointment. The only time slot available was the following Sat, but when I explained that I was just over 200 miles till i reached the first 5000 mile mark, the Service Advisor Brent Steed found a way to squeeze me in for the next day! I got an oil & filter change, tire rotation with brake inspection, and a 27 multi-point inspection in just over an hour, well done!

Will definately return!

I’ve dealt with the Dodge dealer on the corner of 94 and 30 in Dalton for 20+ years, and I’ll admit to a little apprehension when it was bought out several years back… I had bought my last two vehicles from them primarily because of their service department. Brent and the Haasz service team have proved to me that my fear was groundless. They provide fantastic customer service—they treat warrantee work, recall work, and cash-in-hand maintenance work the same, quick and well done. I don't know the mechanics’ name(s) but I trust their work... I know that they'll stand behind it. Brent has always been friendly and helpful; I am confident that he is looking out for my best interests, and have never felt pressured into something unnecessary, just because of my age/gender.

Went in for recall on my Jeep. Was met right away with professionalism. Explained in detail what was being done and hoe long it would take. Got done sooner than I expected. Great experience.

Our salesperson, Karen Shapuite went above and beyond to make our new Jeep Cherokee purchase as an easy transaction. She was very down to earth and we did not feel pressured in any way. She did not have what we initially wanted in stock, however she was able to locate it and have it delivered on the day promised and ready to drive off the lot!

We would definitely consider purchasing from Karen and Haasz Automall of Dalton LLC, again.

This place is terrible! Stay far away from this car lot. They are very shady. Brian Haasz is a arrogant liar that does not stand behind his word. They are only interested in getting your money and as soon as you sign your name they no longer care about customer service. They damaged my car that I bought from them and after the sales associate admitted it happened there, and sent me to Brian Haasz I was told by him that they are not responsible for damage done to customers vehicles on their lot. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car lot. I should a researched before I went there. The net is full of bad feedback about this company. Stay far away, go to a real dealership that cares about its customers.

We purchased a new car here and it was a good experience. We recently had our first oil change there as well. They service department checked everything thoroughly and the appointment went quickly. They are a very good company to do business with. We are very happy with the total experience. Our salesperson, Sarah was great too. We will definitely buy another vehicle here when that time comes.
