        In August 2012 the idea of the Turbo Weedless Spinner was born. Brad (my husband) had come up with the idea after losing a huge pickerel while fishing. Also during that summer I (Nancy) was getting frustrated in the area where I was fishing. This area is full of weeds, and every time I would cast out the only thing I was catching was weeds. I had tried every kind of weed less bait Brad had in his tackle box. Nothing really worked for me. I knew the fish were there but I couldn’t get a chance to catch them. Over the winter both of us (and the kids) worked really hard on our new invention, the Turbo Weedless Spinner. First we worked on our model. Something we could bring to an engineer. We drew out all the dimensions and had a hard plastic model made. Next came the mold, for the plastic to be poured in, to create the soft body of the TWS. Once we had the bodies it took a few tries for us to get the hook and tail just right. Once we were satisfied with our prototype, it was sent away to have our pending patent developed. Now, almost a year later, we are ready to share our invention with the world! We realize we have to start small. So now we are working on getting noticed. Using Kickstarter, Facebook, Youtube, and just recently adding our own website. If you’re an angler, and have some weedy areas where you would like to fish or you just want to try something new, the Turbo Weedless Spinner is the way to go! There is no other bait out there like it. This product is made in the USA!
