        Overall

        I have enjoyed great service and friendliness from all personnel at this bank. The drive through teller service is exceptional and the agents go out of their way to be helpful. I have never had a problem calling the bank and getting just the information I need. I frequently use their notary services and have never had an instance when a notary agent is not available.

        The fees for some accounts I believe are rather high and I definitely do not like the interest on bank accounts. It is so low it only makes trying to justify the account difficult when pennies are not accurate. Just eliminating and provide higher rates of return on savings would be more welcome.

        Worst bank ever
        Read the fine print they are full of trap doors and don't call the 1800 number no help there just a bunch of pricks
