They never call to let you know when a prescription is received. The wait times are not the worst I've experienced. However, on several occasions they're not answering the phones. One account I recall I was sick and needed a particular medication and wanted to call ahead to arrange a pickup so it would be ready when I got there. I spent half the day calling, waiting periodically in-between calls to account for busy periods. No one picked up after it continually ringing. Additionally, it seemed like after the phone ringing a few times, it sounded like someone picked up then immediately hung up. Inconveniently, I had to travel to the pharmacy despite being sick and upon entering the pharmacy, there was not a single customer in the building! Would not recommend.
A super busy pharmacy that takes time with every patient. They make you feel like family. I get in and out quickly with no hassle. Their wait time is about 1/4 that of other pharmacies. Their prices are good and will even price match most things but I would gladly pay double for their excellent service! They have been in business for over 50 years and I can see why. Great pharmacy.
Told them two times I want generic brand. And they charged me a lot more than it is. I called wallmart pharmacy and it cost only 4 dollars. Never go there for medicine because they will rip you off. I don't suggest anyone to go there
