I had an issue with this store. I am sure we have all been here before, I left an item behind and went back to pick it up. Because I didnt have my receipt I was not able to get a replacement. When I went back I was told the checkers are to "log" any items left behind. In my case (of course) it was not. The item I left was a magazine. I was out numbered by the employees at this wal-mart and they made me feel as if I had stole something. I work nearby and shop here frequently. I filed a complaint on-line and my call was returned promptly and was offered a solution. I was to go into the store and ask for manager and he was to replace the item free of charge. I called him to make sure was going to be there. He assured to me that he would and that my magazine would be repalced. When I went to the store the magazine was no longer available. I was then "interrigated" and I assured them I DID purchase this magazine at this store. The manager took my name and number and the name of my magazine and I still have not recieved a call or my magazine. I did ask if I could pick it up at another store and I was given the quick response of "NO!" and I asked how long would it take for the new shippment to come in and no one knew. I asked if it would be days or weeks and still no one knew. I called again and I was put on hold for 14 minutes and then was transferred to someone who knew nothing and I had to explain the story all over again. After all that, they told me to call back. They said the manager was not in and he could not help me. No solution + no magazine = an upset loyal customer!!!
