        This is the first time I have ever had to deal with this company personally, and my experience has been dreadful. My son is attending a school in which the school requires us to use this company to purchase the required uniforms. First the fitting and ordering was horrendous. Besides being extremely overpriced, they were completely unorganized, rushed through the fitting process, and customer service was extremely poor. Second, they sent an invoice to my email for me to to make payments towards the order, however the link they sent me didn't work, the 2nd link they sent didn't work, and neither did the 3rd. I eventually had to call in and pay by phone. When the initial payment was made, I asked if there was a specific date I needed to have this paid off by to receive the uniforms and was told no, as long as it was paid in full by the 16th. I called to make my 2nd payment, probably the only non hassle communication, until they lost it. After several phone calls, emails, and facebook message to pay off the order and being told the incorrect balance every-time, and providing payment information my payment was finally located and applied to the account. My account is now paid in full, she said, however my sons uniforms will not be ready for another 3 weeks! School starts next week, so now I have to go buy regular uniform shirts, on top of the $300 I spent for overpriced ones order through Versa! Why was I told they would be ready as long as paid in full by the 16th. Why is going to take 3 weeks? Honestly Ill be sending this complaint to the school , because I refuse to deal with them next year. **UPDATE** ALMOST 3 WEEKS LATER NO RESPONSE AND STILL NO UNIFORMS***
