I used this company to manage a small 8 unit building in Dallas. Initial coverage of my building was average although the documentation regarding rents and expenses was always late. In the last year the company dropped the ball and failed to turn over apartments finally failing to collect rent for two months. I had to move my building to another company at a significant loss. TXPMG couldn't even produce the leases for the current tenants. Stay away from this company for any type of business.
