I thought this company was very helpful and made my Birthday very memorable. Charlie the owner was very accommodating and so was the driver. They were very flexible with my schedule and the driver demonstrated remarkable customer service. Originally, I was worried about signing up with this company for a party bus because I read a review by a customer that was not happy. But, everyone else's reviews made me feel like it would be a great choice. I was not wrong on that. I recommend this to others other looking to have a good time that you won't forget.

This is NOT A LIMO SERVICE ANYONE SHOULD USE! They WILL take your money if they get the chance.

About 6 weeks ago I put down a deposit for a party bus for my bachelorette party. I spoke with Charles, the owner and operator, about 5 times the week before the party, making sure everything was fine and asking various questions.

About 4-5 hours before my bachelorette party started Charles calls me to say that I no longer have a bus for my party, however I can pay over $250.00 more for a hummer limo. (If there is a problem with the bus and a business can't provide the service payed for... you should not be charged extra! Especially for something you didnt want in the first place!)

So after a long day of "trying to find a solution" but not being able to make anything work for me he agreed to refund my money. However, now it is one week later, my money has not been refunded, and he states that he is no longer giving me one because he doesn't have to.

On the contract, if you are looking at it straight on... it does say absolutely no refunds if you cancel. In my head I am thinking... "I didn't cancel so I have the right to my money." However, at the very bottom of the contract it says you also agree to the policies on the website.

If you are not paying close attention to this wording, you will miss it. On the website it does say that there are absolutely no refunds given for any reason, but I feel like if you pay for a service and the service is never provided, that is grounds for a refund. If you don't pay close attention to this fine print YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! Because I sure did.

I will never use this limo service again, and I would never tell my friends and family to either. I hope that if you do decide to go with Texstarlimo service that you will pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION to the policies on the website.

They ruined my night, and anyone should know that if you are going to ruin somebodies night it should definitely not be a bride. And the internet is a terrible thing for businesses like this, because I will be writing as many bad reviews as I can.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR COMPANY!!!

Overall a good job by TexStar this last weekend.. We enjoyed every aspect but one.. the A/C system in the escalade limo did not cut it. I do have to say it was almost 100 degrees and we had almost 20 people packed inside. I think if you rent in the fall it might have been ok but we were hot. The driver was very nice and the limo was far better than I expected but like I said.. a bit warm. I reported it and they gave me a small credit which I thought was proffesional and so I would still use them in the future.

Great company! We found them on Google Maps and gave them a shot! The price was right and they came through with a very nice limousine. I would advise that if you have a group of 10, try a larger limo than we did but the one they sent was nice . We loved the free drinks and also like that we went over 15 mnutes and they did not charge us. Top Grade!

We rented a huge party bus and had the time of our lives, (except my sissy got wasted). The driver Jon was hot and cleaned up after us all night. The lights and flat screens made it feel like a club and so we stayed in the bus alot! It was my 21st Bday and I couldnt be happier! My parents got a good deal they said so just want to let you know to use them! (and ask for Jon)XOXO

Super time in the new party bus! They gave us 6 hours for $660! Almost $200 cheaper than the other companys! We loved the bus and want it again in october! They give you free mixers and that 6* hour special and ask you to write a review of your experiance! Awesome place to rent from! Thanks -Amanda

Just started using them and have been on time everytime! The sedans are new and perfect and the review gets you a 20 percent discount! Call them and you will be glad you did!

Texstar's bus was awesome! We actually rented it for only $110 an hour which was a special they had for a 6 hour rental. The driver was well dressed and knew his way around uptown. We will use them again if the occasion comes up but just wanted to give them a great review for a perfect night! Thanks - Jerry
