Spirit airlines

This is the first time that I have used spirit airlines and the service sucks. There customer rating in my opinion is -0. They messed my reservation up causing me to miss my flight. Also I went to the airport as a disgruntled/ unhappy customer trying to explain what happened over the phone and get the help i needed in person. spirit sucks they lost my luggage and dont have good customer service skills its been 3 days and still havent heard anything none the phones are helpful

Don't be fooled by the low fare

Where is the zero star option? This is the worst airline that has ever been. no only do they have many hidden fees and ways to cost you hundreds extra, but thet lie about everything.
