They'll ruin your clothes, then call you a liar
These are exactly the type of people who give all dry cleaners a reputation for shady businesses with terrible customer service. I brought in two pairs of pants and two shirts for dry cleaning. One pair of pants came back with TWO holes, one on the leg, and a tear next to the button near the zipper. The lady told me there was ""no way, swear to god"", which is so ludicrous it hurts. Through the power of deduction: 1) I put the pants on one day, no hole in crotch 2) take to Specialty Cleaners 3) put pants on, hole in crotch.
You think they might have stopped there, but no, they also screwed up a shirt. They broke a button (I understand this, it happens), but then tried to hide it by sewing another button back on, that was SO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT that it was almost funny. It is on the cuff, did they really not think I was going to notice it?
These things by themselves just make them a bad dry cleaner. The absolute refusal to own up to the mistakes and then to have the audacity to call me a liar! That makes them a bad cleaner and a slimy business owner.
Go to Sunshine Cleaners, the only respectable (very respectable!) cleaner I've found yet in Dallas.
