Chef Billy Webb and his kitchen staff certainly outdid themselves at our recent dinner. We (10 of us) dined at the Chef's Table, beautifully appointed and located in the kitchen. It was a unique experience with 5 delicious courses of abundant proportion! A fresh tomato bisque soup with lump crap, New Zealand lamb chops grilled to perfection, a delicious salad with gorgonzola, seasoned walnuts and grapes, tender filet mignon on a bed of risotto and spinach followed by an amazing flourless chocolate cake, ice cream and berries. The presentation of every course was fantastic and the flavors wonderful.
I would definitely recommend Opio for your next special event. And as about the Chef's Table!
