Got a Morgan spa. Shady salesman neglected to inform me of a few items and faxed the paperwork to be signed which is 14 inches long, and my fax cut off the bottom 3 inches. Called the district manager. Rude and stupid older lady who played broken record “We do not accept returns” Other better companies to purchase from.

Morgan Building and Spas is totally disrespectful of its clients, fails to return phone calls or answer the phone. They take your earnest money then put you on a back burner to simmer for months while telling you that the 5 point print on the back of the purchase order releases them from any liability if their agent provides false and deceptive information. It also appears to put all responsibilities on the purchaser and little to none on themselves. If you get frustrated enough to go to a respectable company, you loose all earnest money. Go somewhere else.

Really? How and why have they been in the business 50 years? Wish we had read reviews before we signed. All they are is a bunch of lip service and lies. A 6-8 week spac has turned into 14 with no delivery yet. Went to the corporate office that is joke no one is there. They are out "doing shows" what for they dont have anything to sell. Do NOT sign their stupid sales contract unless you read every word. You are so screwed if you do because they can keep our money and never give you a delivery just one live after another. READ anything they hand you. They will like do not trust or take their word. Lots of nice folks there but none are about the truth.
