I registered for a "Trial Session" last month and began with goals and resolutions for 2011. Frankly I had some weight loss and other health maximization goals that were crucial to my overall happiness and longevity. I also asked for coaching around some career aspirations in Real Estate and Sales in general. Long story short, I have now enrolled in both Personal Life Coaching and Sales Coaching programs - all of which are via phone appointment so I don't have to drive across DFW. I couldn't be happier and plan to do 3 month stretches, taking onbe to threee months off and then back on for three months at a time - which they recommend depending on circumatances and budget.
