Best service!! Pulled my sewing machine out of the shed, and couldn't remember the basics. Thought it was too old and needed some heavy TLC. Called Eric's, who immediately told me to check "A, B, & C" while on the phone. Immediate fix! Machine still works great, and just needed some adjusting. Thanks so much!!

I called this fabulous company (on the labor day holiday!!!) and the man on the phone had me fixed in less than 3 minutes!! Very friendly, very fast!! I will be going back for my machines "spa day!"
