First off, during the holiday weekend they had two tellers for rentals and it took over 30 minutes from arrival to get my car. Second, I accidentally locked the car and dropped my keys in the drop box when I realized I left my oakley sunglasses in the front seat. I went back and I could see them there. I filed a lost item report and tried to call the branch once they opened. After over an hour thru digital menus I was never able to get a hold of the local branch and guess what, some Enterprise employee has a nice pair of Oakleys for Christmas. It has been four days since the loss and I do not foresee them popping up. They were in plain site in the front seat, no way to miss them if they cleaned the car. It is sad that Enterprise would employ people that would take such things but I can imagine rental car return is a gold mine for a thief, and they work at enterprise. Not happy at all but its my fault, lesson learned do not use enterprise.

We use Enterprise for our business travels and I have always been pleased with their service. It took less than 30 mins to get the rental and drive out (I was the picky one and took longer than necessary) :). The employees at DFW are very professional and attentive. I didn't feel pressured that I had to drive out in the first car we came to. I was able to choose the color of and brand of car I wanted to drive.
At the drop off the attendant was also very nice and it attentive. Every single time I have been to this office, I have been pleased with their service and I recommend them highly!
They really take care of you and they have the best customer service of any other car rental that I have personally used..thank you Enterprise!

Great rental experience! When I arrived at the Enterprise desk at the DFW Rental Car Center, I did not have to wait, the gate agent was courteous and quick and the Enterprise rep got me into a clean, new vehicle quickly. Drop off three days later was equally smooth. This was another great Enterprise rental experience good work DFW team!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, both when I picked up my car and when I returned it, rushing for the airport. The car was exactly what I wanted & I enjoyed driving it. Great job, as always, DFW Airport Enterprise!

This is an airport car rental site. The agent at the desk was not friendly at all but very professional and was all about getting them in and getting them out (which I can appreciate). The young man that handled my car selection was awesome. I had a premium car reserved and he read my mind. He also let me get through the process even quicker because my flight was a little late getting in. The car was a head-turner and gave me no issues. The return was as easy as parking it on the return level and handing the keys to one of the agents walking around. The CON: I got one rental agreement emailed to me when I picked out the car and extras and another when I returned the vehicle. Although I opted out of the refueling charge it was slipped onto my 2nd rental agreement. I have a feeling that this mistake isn't a rare one and suggest that everyone ALWAYS READ YOUR RECEIPTS! Another PRO however: They were extremely quick to address the issue and refund the charge as soon as I wrote them a request. The only reason they get 4 out of 5 stars.

The staff were very friendly and overall the experience was pretty good. They only had 2 compact cars to choose from (same model, different colors). Not a big deal for me really.

The only part that was weird was when I returned the car, a woman approached me with my final bill and told me I was being billed for a gas surcharge. I found this particularly strange because she literally just walked up to me without checking anything about my vehicle. I had just filled up the gas tank at the nearest gas station before returning and yet I was being charged for gas? I asked her how she knew how much gas I had in the tank without looking and then she changed her tune and took the charge off, but didn't explain why I was being charged in the first place.

Makes me wonder if they just charge everyone and hope some people don't notice...

I was treated very well. I arrived and there was one person in line and one attendant. A few other people arrived just behind me and all of the sudden, three or four more attendants came out and Martin called me up. He was very helpful. He took me out and showed me the choices and set me up in my vehicle. I drove to the exit gate where the attendant there gave me great directions to where I needed to go. I was treated to great customer service that day. Thanx Enterprise. Jeff

RUDE A.. STAFF. We got to the location at 5:55am. A young lady was kind enough to tell us the manager was not there and we should go to the national counter as they were owned by the same parent company. So we did and were sent back to enterprise after 10 min. When ask the young man why we were sent to national and then back to enterprise making us 30 minutes behind schedule and his response was I wasn't here, what do you want me to do about it to which I said an apology would be nice. Requested to speak with the Mgr upon returning the car and had to ask for her twice after waiting 30 minutes. She said the morning Mgr had a death in the family which I understand however it doesn't excuse being disrespected by an employee. She (Jessica) said she would talk to the employee about the issue I'm sure he gave her some sorry story and went right back yo the counter. I had several witnesses who could attest to the employees demeanor towards my wife and I on Saturday October 8th between 6:15am and 6:40am and who also found his customer service skills to be non existent. I paid for a good car, good price but they forgot the customer service part of it. Maybe there employees should look at the company mantra on the wall. I do not think this is indicative of the whole staff but specifically to the persons mentioned above. THEY (Enterprise) NEVER DID MAKE IT RIGHT. THE EFFORT WHICH I CAN'T REMEMBER ANY WAS LACKING IN SINCERITY IF THERE WAS ONE!

I've always rented with Enterprise and will likely continue (assuming this issue doesn't get worse) but I've noticed a decrease in quality of the cars that I've rented from multiple airport locations. My last rental from DFW, the car had a very noticeable vibration in the pedal. cosmetically, the car was not clean when I picked it up. There were bugs all over the front and the windshield. Not a huge issue, but noticeable and preventable.

Once again Enterprise got us where we needed to go! We find their straightforward no surprises business model quite refreshing. In fact, our group that was in town for a family wedding group decided a second vehicle was needed and went straight to Enterprise.
