We enjoyed every moment of our dinner at d'Carlo! The food was excellent, the service outstanding and the music wonderful. I ordered the pompadoro salad which was fresh and flavorful. My main course was Pan-seared Sea Scallops with Saffron infused risotto... heavenly. We were a party of 10 and everyone raved about their meal. The location is not the best (below street level) but the restaurant is warm, inviting and had a great ambiance. We are all foodies from New Orleans and are tough critics but everyone left with a full tummy and a smile on their face. Next time we are in Dallas we will make sure we dine there again.

This restaurant changed its name from Daniel to Carlo's recently. But its food, its service and its atmosphere does not change. They maintain their high quality. Myself a Chinese cook, I am pretty picky of food and restaurants I go to in U.S. But I like Carlo's food and their service. My husband and I in particular love their live music Saturday night. You can never get tired of the romantic light music played and sang by the Russian musician, Serge. So much... love. I usually don't write reviews (I hated spending ten minutes just to set up an account to write the review!). But I think this restaurant deserves a good promotion and more customers. So try it, my friends!

First time visitor and wow! I had a salad and probably the best pulled pork sandwich ever! They even make all their own pasta! I wish I could eat there every meal!
