This store was clean and well organized! The staff was friendly and the environment was warm. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Minute Clinic. While check-in was easy to do on a self-service kiosk, Young Lee was not as easy to deal with. She was impatient when I was explaining my symptoms and short-tempered when she deamed that it was a waste of her time that I came in. I had been battling cold/flu symptoms which I thought might have turned into a sinus infection, but she was quick to tell me that she was not going to perscribe antibiotics. I don't know how she could have diagnosed my treatment so quickly because she barely gave me enough time to explain them. In the end she told me that I shouldn't be coming to see a doctor for "every inch and scratch" I have. I just hope she isn't always that rude. The heathcare industry needs more personable people.
