The air conditioning unit went out in 100 degree weather on a Friday and I contacted management the next day to get an update on when this can be fixed. My wife and I have small kids and needed a time frame on when this would be taken care of. Instead of showing any type of customer service skills, we were met with indifference and sarcasm. The person in the office was clueless and had no idea on when the work could be done and didn't care that we had kids in an apartment that felt like a furnace. Needless to say that we will not renew the lease when it's up due to the complete lack of customer service and professionalism.
