I purchased a sofa chair in their Plano store with $600 cash. They delivered a damaged chair. I walk in to the store only to see the floor model was gone. Oh... They sold me their floor model without notifying me. NO they did not give me a discount and the store manager was not apologetic at all, rather very arrogant and mocking my situation by saying how I can fill in the cracks throughout the chair with any crayon. Seriously???? What a way to show courtesy to a customer!
We took pictures of the floor with missing chair n the one we have at home with cracks all throughout the chair.
When we contacted the owner via email. He offers us $55. I am shocked! He offerrred a replacement of the chair and we are still waiting with no whereabouts.
