Overall

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Auto Liquidators. The process has always been quick and pleasant. Customer service is second to none. I even had a small issue with my car, and with my FREE warranty, they had my car in and out of service within a few hours. This is a GREAT place to purchase a car !!

Overall

I have to say this, as much as it pains me to complain about a company, this is something I feel I have to do. So my mother is in need of a car after hers was stolen and then stripped, she has been looking at a few places, and driving to school the other day she saw AutoLiquidators on the side of the hwy. After we got out of school she wanted to stop by and look at what they had because they offered in house financing.

First thing we did was explain to the sales person her story, and the issues she has with her credit and finances, they said it wasn't a problem, they would just need her to fill out the paperwork and they could get things started, we both said that we would like to look at what vehicles they had to offer before we did any paperwork, salesman reluctantly said ok, took us to a computer to show us some options, he barely knew how to operate the computer, not a huge problem some people just are not computer people, so we asked if we could just see the cars.

Out on the lot, they had a number of cars to look at, most had a good body, but I noticed a few had flat tires, not good for test driving. We went and looked at a few car, and finally found one that looked good, and my mother felt comfortable in a 2004 Toyota Camry LE, well while we were looking at it I was trying to look up information as far as MPG and what the bluebook was on it, but for some reason as soon as we got on the lot my phone wouldn't get good internet, so I restarted my phone, for the third time, and was able to pull up http://KBB.com.

You would never believe what I found, when we asked what the price was on the car the salesman said $14,995, which I though a little high, but because of the risky business they were in might have been ok, but KBB said that the suggested retail price is $7,342. Their sticker price is over double the suggested bluebook value. So we asked if that included all the fees, he said everything except the interest, which again for their business you know is going to be high. So we asked if there was anything they could do on the price and the salesman took us inside so he could ask the sales manager.

The sales manager came over and started talking to us about the car and said that the owner is the one that decides what prices go on the vehicle and they would have to talk to him but he was in a conference and they couldn't talk to him for 2 days, so we gave them our contact information and they said they would call us back. On the second day my mother called the salesman back and he had to look on his computer to find the notes that he made for my her file, and read off the screen that the owner said "We do not negotiate, the price that is on the sticker is the price we sell for." How is it that a company can sell a 10 year old car for $2,000 less than it would cost to buy a 2013 of the same model.

The while time we were there we never felt like our business was wanted, and with that kind of pricing and unprofessionalism, how does a company like that stay in business. Truth be told, after reading a lot of the reviews that I have, I am glad that I was with my mother before she made a huge mistake in that car, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Frustrated

I purchases a vehicle here about a year ago which at the time I was told that they report to Equifax, experian, and transunion and that this would help build my credit well I had my credit report pulled and to my surprise they only report to transunion and my credit score hadn't changed at all. When speaking to the staff and manager they were rude and basically told me that there was nothing that they could do. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this company unless they liked being lied to and taken advantage of.

We can certainly understand your frustration, and will continue to do everything in our power to help you build your credit. But building your credit is a complicated, multi-step process that goes far beyond the reporting from just one company. Everything we told you about reporting your payments to Transunion and building your credit was true, and we have done everything we promised to do - which in a vacuum would result in your credit score increasing. The fact that it has not gone up would suggest that one of the dozens of other factors that make up your credit score (and are far beyond our control) has not been remedied. We would suggest that you speak to a professional credit counselor and believe that once you get educated on how your credit works, you will realize that we are not the guilty party that you are making us out to be. We appreciate your business and wish you luck in correcting your credit situation.

I was tired of being lied to straight to my face at different dealerships, and after I came here I came in and out with a new car. Plus they tell you the cold hard truth and don't sugar coat anything either.
