This is for the business and not the store, I just want to say how awful At&t is before anyone is thinking of changing their service, signing a contract, or renewing a contract.
As a customer of 7 years with this business I have to say hands down the WORST business out there and I can't even to begin to explain the disappointment in customer service with this company. I will be canceling my contract and running away regardless of how big my discount is through my work. After two hours of being transferred, put on hold, transferred to India and going in to the store only to find out no one can help me with their error on my cell phone bill. They've f*ed up my bill on a regular basis for years but no joke 2 hours of my life spent on the phone with these people and then an hour in store, I don't have the time or mental energy it takes to be a customer and I have to pay to cancel my contract.
At&t is terrible and there is a damn good reason you were ranked lowest in customer satisfaction.
