My husband is former military and likes a serious haircut - none of this high-fashion Justin Beber stuff, but a real manly man's haircut. When we moved here he tried a few salon's in the area for his twice per month haircuts, but when he discovered Ben's Barbers, roughly 9-10 years ago, he started going there and has never tried another place since. We have 2 boys and I finally took them over the Ben's a year or two ago to give them a try. I have to say that I am always pleased with the haircuts they receive. The drive is a little further than I prefer from our house, but the barbers there are super nice and the haircuts are consistently good. The smallest level they have on their clippers is a 3 1/2, so be prepared if you are used to longer clippered styles. But the cuts and neat and professional looking and the men in my house looked well-groomed after a trip to Ben's.
found this shop of indy stylists by word of mouth. Great location, easy access and extremely talented stylists. Just take them a photograph, these folks can cut anything! Haven't tried their color talents yet, they layered the grey right out of mine ;o)
Relaxed athmosphere always professional always chilled!! Barbers are A1 best place to get a Cut in the DFW my kids and i have been gettin cut by JT 3 years and counting. .. once you get a boss Cut everyother hair cut is just basic
The staff are extremely unprofessional. They do not have the proper materials, such as shampoo, conditioner, or basic stuff like hair bags (for the dryer), nor do they have containers to put hair products. They literally would dip their hands in a product, pass it to the stylist, then the stylis…

The stylist made a mess of my blonde curly hair. She assured me that she could thin out the thickness of my hair, but she left it scraggly and uneven - and the thinning shears HURT!\r \r Lesson learned: Unless you have ""normal hair"", do not go to a chain barbershop!

Ive never really liked the haircuts ive gotten before, for some reason they never felt right. I had driven by knockouts a couple of times since my dry cleaners is right next door. I decided to give it a try. My experience was great, I was greeted very nicely and offered a beverage. I sat down for 5 minutes and they were ready for me. Estefany was my stylist, she was very friendly and paid close attention to what she was doing, she didnt miss anything and gave me a great head massage, shampoo and heated face towel.i loved her meticulous style, She even styled my hair at the end. It looked awesome, i even bought the product she used to style it. loved the experience, will go back in two weeks
Who prefers a Female Barber? I certainly do! I would like to give witness that this young lady is one of the Best Male Hair Design artist that I have seen in a while. Many Barbers are not as skilled with Parts and designs but in our fast growing community full of diverse cultures...A Smokin' Good Haircut is something We all have in common. I had the privilege of visiting the Polk and Wheatland Rd location which is where OLD "Western Barbeque", use to reside back in the 1980's. Right next door to a Huge Beauty Supply Store. I purchased a SNOW Cone 2 doors down and got a Very Professional Haircut that took only 10 minutes. I was very Pleased with this Barber!
