I am writing to let you know what a good experience I had a few weeks ago. My husband and I stopped by the dealership just to look around. My daughter had a 2007 RDX, and it was about time for a trade. We visited with Joel Andalzua briefly as we were actually in town with family for an event. Joel later contacted me by phone, and I let him know we were still not quite ready to make a decision. After visiting with my daughter, we decided it was time for a trade. Since she lives in Austin, we started shopping there. After visiting with the 2 Acura dealers in Austin, we were very disappointed to find out that the specific vehicle she was looking for was not available. We were told we would have to order, and it would be in around July or August. I then called several other dealerships (Houston, Dallas and Plano) as well as Joel to see what they were able to locate. Joel was the only one that was able to locate the vehicle we were looking for! Within a few days, Joel had the vehicle at Goodson, and we were able to make the trade. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not once did I feel any type of high pressure sales. I let him know that I have had unpleasant experiences when purchasing vehicles in the past, so I definitely appreciate a sales person that is pleasant and easy to deal with.

I test drove an Acura TL and TSX on Saturday with Brad. We talked on the phone Monday, I made an offer and she got very close to it. So I leased the red silver that was on the floor on Monday night. Brad was absolutely wonderful. He picked me up this morning, so I could get my Volvo that I will either turn in or may have found a wholesaler who will buy it from me for about 3k more than I could have gotten on a trade. He was a client who only wants used Volvo's. Brad is great! It was a great a buying experience with him. Over the weekend I was checking out prices, when I saw the Kelly blue book thing which let you email 3 different dealers for quotes. I ended up coming back to Brad for his personality. He was great to work with, and went the extra mile, by driving me over to get my other car. He also laid out the numbers two different ways so I could see I was better not trading my Volvo and either turning it in and paying the mileage or trying to sell it myself.
I highly recommend Ken's Muffler & Brakes Automotive Service Shop (Bachman Lake location). They were friendly, professional and totally focused on ensuring we knew exactly what was wrong with our car, what they could do to fix it, and how much it was going to cost. They went above and beyond to care for our 15 year old car, and showed us the old parts that were severly damaged when we picked it up. They really went the extra mile to make us feel confident that we had choosen the right people for the job. And, their cost was LESS THAN HALF of what the dealership was going to charge us. I would absolutely go back to Ken's again, knowing that they are the real thing, and are going to be straight and honest with you. By far the best customer service experience I have ever had when dealing with a car that needs service.
