Geisinger Careworks Urgent Care - Temporarily Closed

I was seen quickly and the staff were very pleasant. UNfortunately, upon entering the exam room, I was asked how much I weigh and how tall I am. (I thought the nurse is supposed to check these things instead of ask?) The doctor was fine, but when I left and looked at the printed summary of my visit, I also saw my blood pressure on the sheet and my temperature was listed as 98. This is odd, considering I did NOT have my blood pressure taken at that visit and I was running a fever for a sinus infection, but my temperature was never taken by the nurse either! Not sure HOW to review this facility after my experience there. The doctor was ok. The other staff appeared to be cutting corners.
