Had my dog groomed here. I specifically said "I do not want him shaved ". Picked him up and didn't recognize him. He was shaved all over , even his tail. He smelled awful . Like he hadn't had a bath. It was horrible . He wasn't happy , either. would never take my dog there !

I have been bringing my animals here for three years now and my pets and I are very pleased. I have never had a problem with them neglecting my dog or cat, they always come home extremely happy. My dog loves there play and stay package and gets out a lot of his energy before I pick him up. There dog and cat kennels are very roomy and they offer you so many different options to accomidate your pets. They are very thorough when checkin you in so your pet can get the care you want. They offer grooming while they are there as well, which is great. My dog comes home smelling great with an adorable bandana. I definitely recommend The Shaggy Dog Kennel to anyone who loves their pets. If you are not sure they will give you a tour of the entire facility.

I got my dog back for the third time with feces caked on his bottom.



I don't know what's happened to this fine business. In the past year, out of eight years boarding my dogs, things have been unsatisfactory with each visit.



A year ago a thyroid medication cat didn't receive even half the medication she required. This time the liquid glucosamine I left for my dog was clearly not administered at every meal, as evidenced by the number of doses still left in a brand new bottle.



I will not take this chance with my animals again. Especially considering the feedback given after the last visit with feces problems, and medications problems.



I'm sorry, Shelly. I can't recommend your business again. I hope the calm and objective feedback I've provided can help you right the ship, you and the pets deserve better than what's going on with the help.
