I had a front end collision and they had my car repaired in a little more than a week. Looks like nothing ever happened and their customer service was amazing. They were compassionate when I first showed up and responsive when I called to check in. I actually had a number of family and friends refer them. I'm so glad I dismissed the previous reviews and took my car there!! It's been a couple months since the accident. My car looks and drives great!

Extremely disappointed with Dallas Collision. I took my truck there several years ago after I hit a deer. Needed new front end, hood, radiator, etc. They hung the bumper unevenly. I didn't say anything at the time, but when my truck had to be repaired after another collision, dealership body shop said the bumper was not attached correctly and there were extremely poor welding on supports. They also had used the wrong kind of paint and did some other things that were not up to standard. Long story short it was an extremely poor job and it would cost nearly $2,000 extra to fix what they did. I would never use them again.

DO NOT USE DALLAS COLLISION! They will have your vehicle for TWO days before they even realize it is there, when everything is STOLEN out of your vehicle the woman who answers the phone will tell you "Don't even think my guys took anything! I will NOT ask them if they have seen your things!", AND when your vehicle has been repaired 1/4" off they will tell you "it's the best we could do"...seriously?!?! Hundreds of dollars worth of items stolen, vehicle is not back to original condition, took FOREVER to "repair", and they are VERY rude
