Jim's Tires & Wheels

Good group of guys here, straight forward business. The guys had me in and out in less than a half hour with a fair price.

I guess I have to disagree with the other posters here. I went to Jim's on 8-11-14 for tires for my mom's car, which I planned to drive back to California the next day. I bought 4 used tires for $45 each ($180 total). I should have looked at them closer, since they sold me dry-rotted tires! I was driving through West Texas a couple of days later, and when I stopped for gas, I noticed a huge bulge in the left rear tire. I was lucky it didn't blow out on I-10 and cause me to crash the car. I was able to limp down the road very slowly, and found a used tire shop that sold me a replacement for only $20 that was in far better condition than the dry-rotted junk I was sold at Jim's. I would never consider buying tires from them unless they're brand new - if you buy used from them, you'd better look closely at them. The tire that almost blew out had literally separated internally (the steel cord broke and caused the bulge). If I had crashed due to this, I would have sued their pants off for selling unsafe tires that should have been in the trash! I would never trust them after this experience. Good luck if you do.

Outstanding business, service, price...I went to jim's at 7:55am, at 7:59am the employees appeared from what must have been rehearsal because all six setup the shop like a military drill team; I instantly knew I was in the right place- pride in teamwork abound (It's worth the visit to see the impressive start of the day!) I was second in line but could have been 6th without waiting, there was no wasted effort! I showed Leo my tire, he removed from my trunk, asked what I'd wanted, gave me options and prices and proceeded to work. I drove away with my brand new tire, mounted, balanced, and warranted. Then I looked at the clock, 8:11am? It's then I realized that I got the best deal along with incredible service...and a free show that reminded me of my military service- I felt like I wanted to be part of their team, and I was, but I didn't lift a finger! Haha

i went there 4 weeks ago with tire problems,they found me a tire tha fits my budget and i was out in 10 minutes,very friendly people,even the company that i work for usesses there service now.

Best price around on p21560r15 and any tire ever bought there. And fast,courteous service. Ihave to give them 5. When they price a tire it's on the rim & out the door unless they tell you otherwise. I was shocked, a better price that includes the add on's. Thanks Jim's!
