Great triathlon store in NW Houston. Their mechanic Bill fixed a couple issues with my tri bike the day before a race - a tweak here, a tweak there - he spent about fifteen minutes on the bike - moving fast the whole time - no charge, and I didn't even buy the bike there. They have a good selection, and the prices are consistent with what the other bike shops and tri stores charge. Service and friendliness make the difference in my book. Some of the staff are more knowledgeable than others, but that is to be expected. I give an unqualified "thumbs up".

Wonderful customer service! They actually have a bike or tredmill in store for you to tryout your new equipment, in my case was a new pair of shoes. I wore the shoes for almost two weeks and decided to return them. They returned them for a full return no questions asked. Short staffed but super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return in the future.
