We had an appointment as two new patients today at 4pm so my husband arrived a little early. He was kept waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation. He left at 430pm. When I called at 5pm to find out why he wasn't seen they told me they didn't have an available room and that when they came out to get him at 430, he had already left. Yet the people who came in at 420 pm were taken back no problem and not left to wait. Very disappointed in the front office and their communication. I even went the extra mile this morning to email over all my pets' records and my information so they would have complete records. They are right around the corner from my house too. Oh well, I guess they have enough money from their existing patients and aren't interested in any new ones.
