Overall

Possibly the worst service I've had to deal with. I had a scheduled appointment on a Friday and had a guy come check out my fridge. After an hour or so of work he determines I need a new part which take 3-4 days shipping. So, I assume that he would be calling me the following week to set up the second appointment. There was zero follow up, I called on a Tuesday and figured out I was scheduled all the way into the next week (this was more than 8 days time from when the part was ordered), and it had been scheduled without even consulting with me. So then I tell my story how my fridge has been out for two weeks because lack of service and they tell me they rescheduled me for the Thursday that week. I call Thursday because I had not received a call and come to figure out that I had never been rescheduled and that my appointment was still for the following week. Tired of being low balled. Don't count on D3S if you ever need something fixed.

Overall

D3S service saved me literally a couple thousand on another refrigerator. It started not getting cold yesterday so we found D3S on Angie’s list. Glen arrived right on time and only took him 30 minutes to analysis the issue and install the new part. Had it cooling again in no time. Cannot thank them enough!
