I had a vintage watch from my dad that it was not working and no watch repair store can help me, so I took it to Raymond's and spoke to Anthony . He explained to me he will try his best and after a week he call me and told me the watch is working ...wow I was so happy and surprised ....great guy I will always be his loyal customer.....cheers

Been going here for years and have not have a single problem. Took my diesel in to have links out and could have been happier and took my invicta for a battery and no problems go see Anthony he does a very good job

They are too expensive, when it comes to changing batteries. They charged me $35.00

just for a Casio watch battery replacement. I went to the OC Fairgrounds and they have

a watch repair vendor there who replace another Casio watch with the same battery

at this place for $5.00. Total ripoff.

This guy is going to ---- you. I took my Citizen watch in because it stopped running. He said that it needed a battery. I did not know that they do not need batteries. Cost me $35. 00 for special battery. Ran 2 or 3 days and then stopped. Took it back he said it needed cleaning another $45.00 went back Four days later and picked it up. Worked for another 2 or 3 days. Took it back he said he needed to change some other part want $60.00. I said no thanks Sent the watch to Citizen in Torrance, CA and the charged me $70.00 to clean the glue from the duck tape they found inside the watch. Got it back and it runs great
