Lee is a great guy and extremely honest. He cares about fixing your computer problem and will work at it until he does. Very fast and reliable. He is very cautious and takes the time to explain the problem to you. He cares about his reputation and tells people the honest truth and what he would recommend to fix the problem. A bad storm had my pc unbootable. Rather than deal w/ GeekSquad, Best Buy, etc., all the over-priced computer repair establishments, I like Lee's site, seemed straightforward, fair and honest, so I wanted to give him a call. RIGHT ON ALL ACCOUNTS !! I brought my computer over that evening, couple days later, back up and running typing this review. I had some serious spyware on my HP desktop pc and had a lot of data which I could not afford to have lost. I had excellent service from Lee's PC service. I sent my PC to get repaired on Saturday and it was repaired by Sunday Afternoon!!! I had such good customer service. I would recommend Lee's PC service to anyone. The prices are reasonable and the service goes over and beyond the expected.
Everything about my transaction was fantastic. Lee is very generous on his prices. You won't find cheaper more comprehensive computer service anywhere. He communicates very well with his customers calling them before, during, and after service. From now on, any computer related problems I have, I will always go to Lee's.
I broke the power jack where I plug in the a/c adapter on my Sony Vaio laptop and took it to bestbuy.
