THE MAJORITY OF REPAIR SHOPS ARE THIEVES. THE MECHANICS AND MANAGERS WANT TO SUCK ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN.
I DID HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP, SO BE AWARE OF THIS THIEVES.

Took my car to get my tires change, rey advised me on which tires would be good for my car, he was very professional and very nice. The service was fast thanks to rey, he helped me a lot. Great guy ❤����

First brouht my car in when my alternator died a year and a half ago. They left off my radiator overflow tank. After aboutI a year they got in the windshield washer tank that apparently was also missing. It's been a year and a half and still no part in sight after talking to various people "in charge". So that alternator lasted about a year and I returns ed there for a new one be a use it was under warranty. Of course it cost $200 labor. Now THAT alternator las lasted me about 2 months and it is failing. I guess they're thinking they're gonna get another $200 because that's theiir scam. Give you a very cheap crapppy rebuilt and just keep charging g you lots of labor. These guys suck. No one takes responsibility for anything, ever. I was extremely patient and nice. Doesn't work there.

Saved a ton of money and got great service at the Pep Boys in Cutler Bay. My BMW needed new brakes, rotors, oil change, and light repair. The dealer was going to charge me a ton of money, and for a fraction of the cost I got it done here. The service advisor, Rey was super helpful and knowledgeable and delivered on everything he promised. All the repairs were done in a timely manner and I left a very happy consumer. I will be coming back to this shop anytime my BMW needs service!

Friday at 6:30pm I take my truck in because i need them to plug my tire, due to a nail that punctured my tire, i put fix-a-flat in it, so i was still driving with the tire. I also told them to rotate my tires. Bill came out to $40, typically i would not pay this but because of time I was unable to make it out to Tire Kingdom (where i normally take my truck). Sunday morning i take my family (2 kids under 2 yrs old and wife) out to eat as i get back in the car from the restaurant i noticed that the nail is still in my tire. I called Pep Boys and asked them if they usually take out the nail to put in the plug? He says yes, then i said well you guys charged me for a plug that you did not put in and he says does the tire feel fine when you drive the car, and i say yes because I put fix-a-flat a few days ago, then he tells me to just bring it in. I am not taking it back to them because i shouldn't have to hold your hand and tell you how to do your job. Clifford was the manager on duty at the time.



What pissed me off was the lazy mechanic (light skin Hispanic, stomach pops out a bit, about 5ft 9in, has a beard and black hair, also lazy looking face) that worked on the car put my families life at risk because we are usually on the highway driving places.



I don't write bad reviews to get people fired but when it comes to my family that's a whole new level...I am going to contact Pep Boys and make sure they let go of this guy, if they don't take actions I'll make sure the Media looks into this problem because i know i am not the first to be scammed by this store.

These people must be getting pay by comission, if they do not get you really good they do not want to do the job. I have warratee and eventhou the warrantee is paying for parts and labor, they want to stick me with a 20 percent over the parts price. according to them there is where they make the profit. So i dont know what they do with the labor money? alo they avoid to work on hard issue, they just want the easy work. No good people :(
