We rented all the supplies for our 2010 wedding from Party Plus. The prices were good, but I would not recommend this play to anyone. Spend a little more money and get quality supplies.
The staff. The staff was helpful and friendly. They answered my questions and were willing to give out prices before I was a committed customer. They made custom, itemized spreadsheets, provided regularly updated invoices and answered all of my questions via e-mail.
The employee originally assigned to my wedding was fired I think. She, apparently, kept few/no records of my order for the wedding. I got this call less than a month before the wedding. Although I showed her a picture and rented extra tablecloths based on her recommendations, to decorate the tables a certain way, the sizes were all wrong and it did not work at all. Not a big deal though, we just went with white cloths and we were not charged for the extra ones.
My credit card, which they put on file without my permission, was charged without confirmation and my account was over drafted. We got it sorted out because I had the money in another account, but it resulted in a banking error that took weeks to sort out.
The guys who were delivering the supplies, although they had the correct invoice, almost left us with the wrong chairs and tables.
The tent was dirty. (grass/dirt stains all the way up to the peak of the tent.) The supports are thick and brown - not the pretty white classy, clean, rope in the pictures.
The chairs were dirty and sticky.
The silverware, which was cheap to begin with, was also old and chipping and did not look clean. The plates almost felt like plastic.
