I came here for dinner one time and I will never come back. I can't speak to their potstickers, but I can say with certainty that their dinner entrees are terrible. They must not know how to season their food because everything was loaded with MSG. There was so much MSG that halfway through dinner, my entire body went numb and I couldn't move. For your health's sake I would caution everyone to stay away from this restaurant.

The PotSticker King restaurant is our family favorite Chinese restaurant.
We love the food and service is prompt.
When I recommended this restaurant to my friend, who is also my company's
customer from other state, he enjoyed. Before his leaving, we wanted to have a
group dinner for him. He said, ""let us go to PortSticker King, the food there
is delicious."" We eat and discussed in the PotSticker King's private dining
room for quite a while. The restaurant manager was very nice to us. The dinner was great.

I had no idea what I was getting into when I walked into this restaurant with a friend and my 2 kids on a Friday night. From the moment we sat down, I felt that the wait staff seemed rather rude and abrupt. Firstly, they were rushing us to order and then telling my kids what to do without my permission. I was somewhat irritated by their manerism but didn't say anything. Then, the manager came over during our meal and barked at my 2yr old for looking over the table behind our booth and walked off. 2 YEAR OLD for goodness sake! At first I was in shock and then became very angry at the manager's behavior. So, I asked one of the waiters to get the manager over to our table, but the waiter refused my request by saying ""YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT, he is busy with other customers"" Well, that was IT! They went too far! At that point, I definitely verbalized how upset I was and how unprofessional this place was. The manager, at the end, realized his mistake and apologized for the bad service but the rude waiter refused to apologize even after the manager had asked him to. I just could not believe these people were in service industry when they know nothing about servicing people. As for the quality of the food, I have to say it was BELOW average. I know I am never going back to this restaurant and am planning to wirte a formal complaint letter through the bureau. So, if you cared about the quality of the food and service, this restaurant is NOT the place for you!
