My friend gave me a $150 gift card for this place - WARNING: you can only use it for one massage session and the rest on products (or a monthly membership!). This means, you either spend $49 or $75 on massage, and the rest you can basically throw away on stuff you don’t need or weren’t planning to have.
When I came in, they asked me to fill out a form and when they reviewed it, they only asked me questions related to how often I need a massage (which was their way of qualifying me as a potential prospect for their monthly membership). Needless to say, this was NOT why I came for and the whole conversation was a complete waste of my time.
After that, I was introduced to a very short and stocky female therapist who gave me a "cold fish" handshake. This is NOT what I would expect from someone who was supposed to give me a “firm” massage (which is what I asked for before booking the appointment).
The therapist asked me a bunch of questions about what I'd like to get out of the massage today. Then she ensured me she could help me with my back pain (“right”…). She left the room so I can get ready, and… NEVER came back! Took them a 26 loooooooong minutes to figure out they need to tell me that the therapist had decided to refuse service because she thought I was sick. And yes, it took me that long to figure that out cause the one positive thing I could say about this place is that the room is very relaxing.
So if you’re looking to take an unplanned short nap – this is the place to go to. The rest of your expectations from this place – is at your own risk ;)
By the way I was NOT sick that day, and was actually in between multiple training sessions.
However, I was (and am) sick of that place and would not recommend it to anyone!
