We have been a client of K&D Quality since 2002 and in the last year or more, their service has dropped from reliable to he can't be bothered with my pool problems anymore. In the last year he left the spa empty after one cleaning, and when I called he tried to tell me how to put the water back in. Isn't that his job to make sure it's full when he's done with the service? Why am I doing his job? What do I pay him for? He reset the time when the pool filters run without my approval, causing me to pay more in eletricity bills because the filter was running during peak eletrical hours. And now it has taken him more than 4 weeks to fix a leaky pump. It took him 5 days to come after the first call, then another week to wait for a gasket, and then another 2 weeks to see if he could find a part. And stlll he hasn't fixed it. During all he had us on autopay with our credit card so he could get paid in a timely and convenient fashion for him. But as a customer, he couldn't be bothered to give back that same type of timely and convenent service for us. Find someone else.
