My daughter enjoys taking ballet at this studio. She started when she was 3 and now at 4 she can dance beautifully and is continuing to grow in dance.

Great ballet school. My daughter has been there for three years and LoVES it! Very professional instructors and age appropriate programs. I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in dance.

I danced at Sawnee for 16 years and loved it! The training you receive at Sawnee can not be beat. Not only does it provide the best training for its dancers, Sawnee goes beyond that and really becomes a home away from home for its students. The instructors, staff, and other dancers where like my second family. I made some life-long friendships while dancing at Sawnee, and I am so thankful for my time there. The discipline and work ethic I learned while dancing at Sawnee has helped me so much, they do a great job of nurturing their students, even if they decide not to pursue a career in dance, the training at Sawnee prepares their students for life after high school. I am lucky enough to be able to come back for classes now, even though I am now in college, and every week it is so refreshing to be able to come "home" and dance again.

Coming from a person who loves classical ballet, I have two daughters who have been dancing at Sawnee Ballet for the past 9 years. We love the training provided by the teachers who are professional, experienced, and conscientious. My daughters truly enjoy the family atmosphere at the studio as well. If you're serious about ballet for a future career, Sawnee Ballet is a great place to learn the correct technique, as well as foster a passion and love for dancing. They put on an incredible Nutcracker where even the younger dancers, who are not yet in the Company, can audition for parts (what a great experience for the world ahead). The choreography, talent, scenery, and costumes are very impressive. Sawnee Ballet has a very talented and hardworking Company who also perform an entertaining spring concert. The Company gives the younger, less experienced dancers something to work for, as well as provide a taste of what it will be like for those wishing to pursue a professional career in ballet. I would recommend this studio to any parent who wishes their dancer to be trained in the proper technique as well as foster a love for dance in a friendly environment.

Dancing at Sawnee School of Ballet I received excellent instruction and also found my home. At SSB I learned not only about dance but also about commitment and team work!! This was my home and my extended family all through High school and I am happy to say that I have returned "home" to take class post college/entry into the "real" world. I would say that at Sawnee School of Ballet you are both encouraged and nurtured. SSB is a fantastic dance school and I have truly been blessed to dance here!!!!

I began dancing at Sawnee School of Ballet when I was 7. I continued to dance with the school until I was 18 years old. I learned to dance, developed an appreciation of music, and became self-disciplined. My mother frequently reminds me that one of her initial reasons she enrolled me to dance at the Sawnee School of Ballet was so I would not have "two left feet". So, I started taking tap classes. Which then led me to take ballet, jazz, and modern. Not only did I learn to dance, I joined the family of Sawnee School of Ballet and made many friends that I will have for the rest of my life. I loved dancing at the Sawnee School of Ballet!

I danced at Sawnee for 13 years. It really is a home away from home. Sawnee prepares dancers for the next level of training. I have been complemented on my class etiquette, and I learned everything I know from the teachers at Sawnee. I miss dancing there everyday. Nothing compares to the education and experience that Sawnee has given me!

Sawnee Ballet is the best dance studio in North Georgia. I danced here for 18 years and absolutely loved it! If you want your child to have professional dance training, but also make great friends and be encouraged by their teachers every day, pick Sawnee Ballet. Most students who studied at Sawnee have continued to professional careers. Definitely the best!

My daughter started ballet at Sawnee Ballet last year when she was only three. She was so excited to take dance again this year and looks forward to Tuesdays each week. Her instructor Miss. Ellen is fabulous and so great with the young girls. I love this dance studio and look forward to my daughter continuing to grow each year here.

I absoutely love this studio and the teachers. The instructors are some of the best I have seen and take the time to really work with the students. They have a passion for dance and it comes across everytime you watch a class or a recital. I have been to several of their spring concerts & end of the year recitals and am always amazed at what they have been able to achieve with their students...no matter the age!!! It is absoutely the best dance studio in Cummings!
