Purchased a lawn mower at this location and it broke!!! Does not work large lawn statue at this time rusting Local store manager lied to me and told me to bring it back for a new one. Took it back and he refused to swap it out. Now I am stuck with a mower that does not work and $2000 later still not a working lawn mower Seriously this place is a super scam!!! Don't waste your hard earned money here

Been buying materials daily from Lowes in my profession...usually spend 3-4k a month in specific items over & over...so I was SHOCKED how lowes has treated me!

July 20th 2016, a forklift employee CALEB slammed into my truck tailgate, damaging and binding the gate beyond repair...Mrg told me to get estimates & they would take care of....its now been over 6 weeks and still not fixed or paid... its $1950 in damages, lowes called me and offered $500! I buy daily for years, your employee damaged my truck and your trying to only offer 1/4 cost to fix!

Contacted HQ Lowes in NC....taked to numerous ppl...all of them passing me to the next...finally thought I was getting somewhere with a Jo Jo, claims person, its been over a week and she never answers emails

I have threatened to write reviews, stand in front of lowes in Cumming, ga with posters! Bottom line Lowes doesnt care about anyone.

Also Now I have to go thru my insurance.DO NOT EVER LET LOWES LOAD YOUR TRUCK...GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!!!!
