Action Now Auto Sales

I was shopping for my son's first car and I will admit I was a little nervous dealing with a small independently owned car dealership as I always bought my cars through Carmax. From start to finish, the transaction was smooth as ice!

The car that we were interested in had a window that wouldn't work in the back. they explained that would have it fixed of we purchased the car. It also only had one key and they said they would call me if it was sent to them on the future.

Within a couple of days, the motor for the window was ordered and installed. The Tag transaction done the start of the week and title in hand in 2 weeks.....And right before I was going to call a Chevrolet dealer to order a new key, they called me (a month) later to the let me know they got it in the mail. ����

I defiantly recommend them! Thank you Action Auto for making this mile stone moment in my son's life so easy!! He loves his car!

I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews of Action Now Auto. My experience with them has been great! Not only am I still happy with my vehicle after 2 years, but each time I call the office with a question, I hang up the phone feeling even better about my decision to go with this company. They are truly a wonderful group of people, will work with you throughout every step of the car buying process, as well as any concerns you might have after you have driven away. There have been times when money was tight and we weren't able to make the full payment and it has NEVER been a problem to make a partial payment, as we can, and catch up our payments when we are able to. Who else will do that for you? Nobody in my experience. I'm so sorry for the negative reviews that may have swayed your decision to buy from Action Now Auto. These guys will put you in a vehicle and you will drive away happy!!!

I have bought 3 cars from here. Always seemed so nice and to care. Have sent lots of people here, wanted to trade car in and all of a sudden they don't want to do it without 2-3k down because we alittle upside down. So went to another dealership and guess what the car they sold me has had 2 major front end accidents. So the airbags had already been deployed. How can you sell someone a car knowing this? No concern for my husband and I or our 3 kids. Just ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I HAD TO MAKE PAYMENTS WITH A DIFFERENT LOAN CO AND THEN WHEN I PAY MY LAST PAYMENT ACTION NOW TELLS ME THEYRE NOT READY TO GIVE ME MY TITLE YET!! THEY ARE COLD HEARTED PEOPLE!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!

I can't tell you were to spend your money but I can say you will most certainly have regrets dealing with products from this dealer. I would say 95% or more of these vehicles have been in accidents. Causing front end damage and other issues. The owners have connections with people and I'm certain that they hide damages that are required by law to be disclosed. The owners pretend to be nice to get you end but are extremely money hungry and cold blooded. BEWARE

I will tell you why. First of all ignore any negative comment about this place, as a matter of fact don't even read them. I am a person who finance not one but two cars at Action Auto. I had a terrible deer accident with the first car I financed. It was a good running car with no problems, and he worked with my terrible credit. He got me in a car. Moments later my 1st car was totaled, because my cheap insurance company didn't want to pay for the repairs. However when I brought the bad news to RICK at Action Now Auto Sales.



He was nice enough to only ask me to pay him 1000 for an car that I still owe 5000 to, and decided to put me in a new car, and then bought me auto insurance for the 1st month so that I can get on the road.



This guy name RICK is thee best car salesman you will ever meet, and he will find someone to work with you regardless of your credit as long as you a good person who always pays their bills on time with no repowes. Great car dealership. I recommend any person, and I mean any person who has been turn down because of poor credit. Come here and ask for RICK, and I guarantee that he will work his hardest to get you in a car. Tell him James Wright sent ya

after having trouble with my credit i was turned down at a few dealerships Bill promised to help me and he did. i purchased a acura 3.2tl and i promised that if after 3 months if the vechile ran properly i would post a comment,hence after 5 months of no problems i am now giving a shoutout to Bill and AuctionNow Autofor the good purchase. keep up the good work.

I was very disappointed in the employees at Action Auto. They were rude and very inconsiderate. I ended up walking out before we could even talk about financing. I will never go back and do not recommend them to anyone.

i purchased a car from actionnow back in january. it is a 2003 ford explorer sport trac. they were real nice through the process. i have had some problems with my credit and they got me approved through a bank with just $500 down. the vehicle is really nice and they included a 5 yr 100000 mile warranty with my purchase. a month after i bought it one window stopped working. i called and even though then warranty just covered the powertrain they told me to bring it by. they replaced a part at the mechanics shop at no charge to me. saying it happened so close to purchase that they covered it for me. i would recommend them to everyone .
