I'd like to know where the owners got their business licenses because I'd LOVE to run a business if it meant I got to sit around and do absolutely nothing all day long while I asked my employees to do things like contact the other employees about schedule changes, paychecks, etc. while I sit in my office on the computer. When employed by Health Fit, the employee must watch multiple kids in the playroom at once WHILE signing customers up for memberships WHILE running register WHILE trying to explain to members that you haven't had a chance to wash the complimentary towels WHILE wondering how you are ever going to find the time to finish the cleaning list WHILE the co-owners are working out in the facility. (NOTE: Do not expect them to offer to help you.) The employee must also take messages for the managers when answering the phone. Keep in mind that the managers WILL NOT read the message and WILL NOT call you back. Employees also get commission on every contract. The commission is half the enrollment fee and comes in the 15th of every month or whenever the manager gets tired of you complaining that you haven't recieved your commission after several ignored text messages and ignored phone calls. This process often takes up to two months. You can also trust that the equipment that you are using is not cleaned daily nor are the bathroom floors swept and mopped daily.
