I contacted Mark about a V6 Camry I was interested in since I was out of state. I asked him what was wrong with the car.. I wasn't told about the broken inside door handle, broken antenna, torn head liner, rear seats not attached, putrid smell like it sat for years, sun roof caulked in place.. Or the seat stitching completely separated which he told me about the day before I flew out after I had paid $1100 down and had a plane ticket in hand. I was also told if I had a mechanical issue on the way home, South side auto mart would pay for half of the repair. I bought the car because a return plane ticket would have cost a fortune and the car did seem to run OK. 50 miles out of town the car started to run rough shaking and shuddering. Most of the 350 mile trip home I was wondering if it would make it in one piece. I brought the car to my mechanic who installed new plugs and wires for $420. I called south side back with the bill in hand and was told plugs and wires were typical maintenance and they wouldn't pay for half of the repair after I was told they would. BLATANT LIE ! I ended up paying OVER clean retail for a car which would need another $2000 in parts and labor to be so. I should have paid attention to the five BBB unresolved complaints.. Soon to be six. Don't walk away.. RUN!

Good prices and great service! A couple days after taking my car home, I found out the gas tank was leaking. I called the dealership and they replaced the gas tank free of charge. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'd highly recommend going to this dealership if you're looking for a car!

I have spent hundreds of dollars fixing a car I bought from them that was UNSAFE!!!! This is a serious matter it is beyond buyer beware it is possibly a matter of life and death. If you do find a car their that you must have have it inspected top to bottom. Again please be extremely careful they do not do a decent job protecting the consumer. I have now had the car for 11 months and have put 20,000 miles on it. The car has been great when it comes to reliability and has been a real champ. It has had used car problems and I had to fix the bad ball joint that came with it twice.The one that they replaced the bad one with also failed. I have also had to replace a second a ball joint and that was after i had the car two months, the first one being a week after purchase. Again be careful and have any car you purchase inspected but, this car has been a real work horse and has been a pleasure other than the stated issues. Mike and Mark are good guys and I believe they will sell you a decent automobile but, as always do yourself a favor and make sure that the little things that can really add up are checked first.

Went in for service on my chrysler which has the craziest problems. They welded my seat back together and gave me a great price. I have gone in there for other service as well and every time they are always helpful and do everything they can for me. My brother and parents bring their cars here now as well for service, and they always get the best work for the best price. My friend totaled his car in an accident and i referred him to South Side and they helped him out with a great price and had him back on the road in no time. I will continue to refer people here for the friendliness and great service i have always received here.
